The bedroom lighting was quite dim. the shower temperature fluctuated unexpectedly, alternating between very hot and very cold. also, the rooftop bar staff seemed uninterested in providing good service. They were rather unfriendly. these issues affected my overall experience, and i would expect improvements in these areas.

The hotel's location proved quite useful. It allowed straightforward access to key areas. I found the staff cute. Their helpfulness enhanced my visit.
The sound insulation in my room was not adequate! Noise disturbance was persistent. I also found the air conditioning system to be subpar. Its performance did not meet expectations.

the room was clean and met basic expectations.
I encountered an issue with the television not functioning. It was unplugged, and the remote was missing. there was also an unpleasant odor in the hallways and the room. this was supposedly due to recent rainfall. This explanation was unsatisfactory.

the location was fantastic on a green strip. the breakfast buffet was extensive and fresh every day. i found that taxis or bikes were needed to reach the center or the sea. the room was clean and i found the staff to be very polite.
the beds were a little too firm for my liking.

Excellent Stay

My room was spacious and clean (i especially liked the sun hats provided). The air conditioning worked very well, and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the quiet location and the easy access to city attractions. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful.
I found the lack of nearby eateries a bit inconvenient for quick meals. The on-site restaurant felt too formal, and i wished for more simple room service options. This limited my choices when i didn't want a full dining experience.
